About

I’m a clinical psychologist based in Bryan, Ohio, working with people across the state both in person and online. For more than a decade, I’ve sat with thoughtful, accomplished adults at the turning points that never show up on a résumé: the quieter questions about meaning, identity, and what a good life looks like from here.

My own path was not a straight line. I worked in technology and teaching before earning my doctorate in clinical psychology and opening my practice in 2011, all while raising three children. That history left me with two things I lean on every day: an analytical mind that looks for what’s really going on, and a deep respect for how complicated and full a human life can be.

I keep my practice intentionally small. When we work together, you have my full attention and a therapy shaped around you, not a formula. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. We make sense of what’s weighing on you and find a way forward that feels honest and workable.

Whether you’re facing a major transition, a stretch of anxiety or burnout, strained relationships, or simply the sense that something needs to change, I would be glad to talk.
