I’m Dr. Judy Guess, a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Bryan, Ohio. I’m here to help you find the support and guidance you need to create positive change in your life. With more than 12 years of experience, I specialize in serving adolescents and adults in both in-person and online therapy sessions.
My approach to therapy is centered around you. I believe that every person has the ability to create positive change in their lives, and I strive to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Together, we can work collaboratively to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall quality of life.
A Little Background
I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in computer science before pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. This unique background allows me to approach therapy with a fresh perspective and incorporate innovative strategies into our sessions. I use evidence-based techniques and a strengths-based approach to help you feel more balanced and fulfilled in all areas of your life.

- Worked as a software engineer right out of college for 4 years (Armco Steel, Union Switch & Signal).
- Former college professor of Information Technology for 14 years (Defiance College).
- Former 4-year collegiate athlete. (Go Rock!)
- I’ve hung up my whistle, but coached basketball from 3rd graders to varsity for about 15 seasons.
I understand the challenges that come with balancing personal and professional responsibilities, and I bring this understanding to my work with clients.
